The Nacogdoches Area United Way (NAUW) is a volunteer organization that supports and funds programs that address three essential impact areas; health and well-being, education, and financial stability. The organization is guided by a thirty-member Board of Directors who establish policies and procedures designed to carry out the mission and vision of the organization. NAUW serves Nacogdoches, Shelby, and San Augustine Counties.
As the Coronavirus situation evolves, community need has increased and our partner agencies are working to meet them.
People are calling for help. With questions. With pressing needs as workplaces, shops, and restaurants are closed and uncertainty dominates our daily lives.
During this crisis, you can help ensure the community continues to receive the help and support of our Nacogdoches Area United Way agencies and staff, working on the frontlines of providing assistance and resources to those in need in our area.
United Way is here to provide what’s needed, where it’s needed, right now. As work schedules are cut and more jobs are eliminated because of the virus, we know that people need help covering basic expenses, like rent or mortgage, food, utility bills, and healthcare.
Please support our COVID-19 Community Fund today.
